How to Get Over an Off Day

So you had an off day? Skipped or inhaled your lunch? Jumped from one emergency to another? Had screaming kids in the background while you’re trying to do your job; meanwhile your client is realizing that your subordinate is trying to take credit for work they did themselves prior to hiring you?
That’s when the headache kicks in. It’s also about the point when you shouldn’t look down next to your office chair for fear that there’s a puppy about to look you right in the eye before leaving a nice potent surprise by your chair that you’ll get to suffer through until your conference call is over.
The good news is that you work from home, so rather than take an aspirin, a few steps away sits delicious a glass of Wilson Creak Mourverde and your dinner (now an hour could as usual). Heat up that cold dinner, sip your wine and enjoy a few minutes of family time on the couch; well, while you can, because in a moment that cute little puppy is about to drop another stinky surprise on the new sofa. Until that happens, cheers.
How was your day?
